Service: Very good customer service, they've replied very quickly and promptly answered all my doubts regarding the wig and shipping. The wig was packaged and sent within a couple days and I was given a tracking number once it was shipped out.
Shipping: The wig took the standard 15 days to arrive, as they said it would, in protective plastic packaging. Unfortunately my country's customs and mail services work very badly, which means I only received the wig later than that. It was absolutely not the store's fault and you should keep that in mind when waiting for an order. If you'd like your order shipping out via a faster shipping method, you can request it for an extra cost.
Wig: I'm very happy about the wig! It's quite full all the way around (I find some wigs to be overly full on the front and lacking hair on the back, so I was very pleasantly surprised that it was not the case of this wig), feels thick to touch. It's very easy to spike, especially considering it's a crimped top wig. I found the color to be a bit lighter than on the website and to have a very slight reddish tint to it but it's also to be kept in mind that the color of it changed slightly under different types of lighting, as everything! It came with the same lenght as advertised and I barely had to trim anything off, as it was pretty much spot on already for my taste.
Price: Super affordable for such a nice wig! Very much worth it.
